本物の日本を、世界へ。

We bring authentic Japan to the world.

Craft from every corner of Japan, with the story of who made it and where.

Map of JapanJapan's 47 prefectures, with places known for their craft marked: Asahikawa (woodwork), Morioka (ironware), Tsubame-Sanjo (metalwork), Wajima (lacquerware), Mashiko (pottery), Seki (blades), Uji (tea), Sakai (knives), Ino (washi paper), Arita (porcelain), Okinawa (ryukyu glass). The Okinawa islands are shown in a box at the top left.

Japan is not one place.

Every region has its meibutsu, the thing it is known for. Knives from Sakai. Lacquer from Wajima. Iron kettles from Morioka. Most of it is made in small workshops, often by families who have kept to one craft for generations, and much of it never travels far from home.

Omizaki exists to carry that work further. We want people far from Japan to know where a thing was made, who made it and why it is made that way, so that what reaches them is the real thing.

We are starting in Europe.
